A reputable and award-winning Adventure Travel company are looking for a Client Support Manager to join their amazing team. If you are an experienced travel professional with an eye for detail and like to ensure the team dot the I's and cross the t's then this role could be for you!

The Job:

As the Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Administration department including overseeing the staffing rota's.

The duties will include:

*Managing the admin team and the day to day running of the department.

*Review of client feedback and taking actions.

*Oversee all bookings to ensure itinerary and documentation are correct.

*Ensuring payments are made and processed on time.

*Ensuring any client issues are dealt with in a timely manner.

*Making sure all client information is up to date and loaded onto the system.

*Chasing balances.

*Preparing documentation.

*Ordering of stationary.

*Dealing with office maintenance requirements.

*Being the social organiser for company events etc.…
