The Role

As Customer Service Call Coach in this top performing training company you will support and ensure call quality / compliance across the customer service teams, implementing action plans to achieve targets. Your responsibilities will include:

      • call monitoring / compliance checks across all departments
      • liaising with team leaders to give feedback, quality scores & coaching support
      • providing call quality assurance for campaigns
      • working to ensure Compliance across all call scripts and guidance
      • supporting new staff inductions / follow up training
