1st line support - Service Desk Analyst

£20,000 - £23,000 per annum

Working within one of the best known and admired brands in the world, you will join as the Service Desk Analyst to provide 1st line Customer Service Support. You will be the first point of contact for all incoming service desk services queries, logging support calls in the Service Desk system and attempt to resolve the issue, passing those calls which cannot be resolved to specialist teams.

1st line support - Service Desk Analyst skills & experience:

      • Good experience of MS Office/Windows OS/IE WEB Browser.
      • Must be prepared to work a shift pattern that covers the hours 06:30 to 19:00 within a 37.5 hour week.
      • Previous experience in customer service/helpdesk experience.
      • Basic knowledge in Ticket (VOC) management system in WEB/EDI/ERP services.
