My client is a leading Tour Operator who are looking for a Receptionist / Assistant to the Director. This is a very busy and varied role. My client are offering this great opportunity to work for a fantastic company!

My client offer a great salary as well as fantastic Travel and company benefits. You will work within either the reception area or as an assistant to the director. This also could be a dual role where both positions would be one.

This position is Monday to Friday, office hours with free parking!!

Duties:

Taking calls from clients and customers

Making sure calls are directed to the correct department.

Taking messages and making sure they are given to the correct person/department.

Well-coming guests into the business, seating them into the guest area and making sure they are comfortable

Managing emails and the company diary.
