Our client is a successful and fast-growing travel company based in South West London and they are seeking a Ski Sales Supervisor to join their team.
The Job:
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
Define and communicate our sales standards
Review and assess the sales delivery to our guests
Lead the day to day operations of the department
Be responsible for managing and motivating staff
Identify staff training needs, including staff development
Evaluate and performance manage staff
Schedule weekly and monthly team meetings with sales team
Be instrumental in the development and delivery of the new website
Identify and implement strategies to improve volume and maximise sales
Meet departmental targets
Be a point of contact & knowledge for all products via email and telephone for guests
Ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales and booking process
Solving any guest queries or issues
Monitor customers' feedback and nurture leads to maximise sales conversion
