IT Support Engineer - Deskside Support Engineer Level 2

Egham, Surrey - site likely to move to Reading in 2020

£25,000 pa

Mon - Fri 37.5 hours per week

For the role of Deskside Support Engineer you will be providing support in an end user computer environment; within R&D personnel working primarily in scientific labs as well as office spaces.

The role of Deskside Support Engineer itself; you support all in-scope elements of the service; level 1 support, as well as meeting all SLAs via ServiceNow.

As the Level 2 IT Support engineer you will be interacting with the client at all levels so soft skills are key, so experience within a customer facing environment is a must have.

Skills & experience:

      • PC Installs & Support.
      • Application Support.
      • Microsoft Operating Systems; WIN10, 7 & XP.
      • Basic knowledge of Networks & Active Directory.
      • IMAC & Issue and Incident Management.
      • Asset Management.
