Travel Sales Support position for a reputable tour operator based in a great Gloucestershire location!

PURPOSE:
Assisting the Sales team with research, obtaining rates from suppliers, loading confirmed bookings onto the reservation system, documentation and liaison with the operations team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assistance to the Sales Team
*To check hotel availability, ensuring use of allocations where available.
*To confirm options held with hotels at the time of the tour depositing.
*To research any special interest visits as required.
*Assist with research for itinerary design.
*Guide & special entrance bookings
*To maintain professional relationships with all suppliers and clients at all times.
*Loading confirmed bookings into our reservations system.
*To assist with accurately creating client documentation
*To reliably update and maintain relevant charts such as VIP chart, Recce schedule etc
