The Role

As 1st Line Support / Customer Support Adviser you will be part of an energetic, fast-paced sprint team within an Agile DevOps environment, working on a customer care helpdesk. Your responsibilities will include

      • logging support cases in helpdesk ticketing system
      • carrying out triage on cases determining priority
      • escalating 1st line cases to 2nd line team as required
      • working with 2nd line support to improve product knowledge
      • working with testing team helping test aspects of the product
      • upgrading existing customer sites
