Office Administrator - Derby £15,000 to £20,000 depending on experience

Administrator required for well-established Derby based construction company

The Role

As Administrator, you will join a small estimating team, performing general office duties including:

      • sending and chasing enquiries
      • general correspondence / checking arithmetic / filing
      • Excel spreadsheet work
      • preparing / amending programmes on Microsoft Project
      • answering the telephone / dealing with emails
      • setting up estimate and contract files
      • working on client portals uploading / downloading, drawings and other information

In addition the company undertakes individual and roll out contracts from minor works to full turn-key projects.
