Do you have 2 years' experience in Corporate Events? (Arranging dinners, Exhibitions, conferences etc).
We have an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK's largest associations and a leading brand in travel.
You will be involved in internal and external events, from initial planning through to on-site delivery. These include member engagement meetings, networking receptions, dinners and external exhibitions and conferences. You will also assist with the marketing of the growing portfolio of B2B conferences, seminars and training days.
Duties:
1. Manage logistics and company stand at travel industry Exhibitions and Shows
*Act as coordinator and liaison for approx. 3 industry events per annum. Includes contract
negotiation, managing suppliers, stand design and set up, event logistics
*Onsite event management, directing event set up
*Production and shipping of event materials
*Post event management, including invoicing, collating feedback
