The Role

As Office Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the business, liaising with department managers & external suppliers, managing systems, employee HR administration etc. Your responsibilities will include:

      • manage employee workloads / pay / holidays / contracts / new hires etc
      • oversee payroll system
      • liaise with suppliers re. phone / IT renewals / licences
      • managing company insurances for business activities / machinery / employees
      • assisting Finance Manager as required
