Office Administrator - up to £25,000 (depending on experience)

Based: Aldsworth GL54 3QZ

THE ROLE

As Office Administrator you will provide wide-ranging administrative support in an office providing occupational health services to companies across the UK. Reporting directly to the Managing Partner / consultant occupational physician your responsibilities include:

      • client liaison and clinical support services / arranging and co-ordinating client appointments
      • co-ordinating clinical activities for the occupational health professional
      • assisting with the completion of client medical records and other correspondence
      • arranging initial clinical appointments and drafting reports through to case management and closure
      • preparing and co-ordinating appointment schedules for occupational health team
      • handling internal office administration including mail in/out, stationery and office supplies
      • coordination and support of marketing and social media activities
      • arranging online meetings with Zoom, Teams, Skype etc…
