Office Administrator West London £24,500 p.a. + benefits

Administrator (ideally with Salesforce experience), for sales dept of technology based London based business. Would suit recent graduate.

Role

As Administrator your role is to provide administrative support to the Sales team. Your responsibilities will include:

      • ensuring leads are logged onto system
      • issuing acceptances / rejections to Broker / Agent partners on receipt of referrals
      • supporting monitoring of KPIs / targets for sales team
      • updating CRM and sales boards
      • maintaining contact lists for sales teams and Broker / Agent partners
      • supporting onboarding process of potential partners
      • raising POs for Broker / Agent payments on successful deals
      • supporting daily, weekly and monthly reporting and ad hoc reports as required
      • maintaining sales data quality in Salesforce
