Administrator required for Accounts department of well-established Derby based construction company

The Role

As Administrator you be part of a small accounts team. Duties will include:

      • invoicing using Sage 50 Accounts / payroll administration
      • reconciling invoices / identifying discrepancies / responding to queries / raising credit notes
      • supplier and sub-contractor bank payments, raising and emailing remittance advices
      • preparing the HMRC CIS monthly return
      • preparing and issuing sales invoices
      • general correspondence / checking arithmetic / filing / responding to emails & calls
      • booking hotels for site operatives
      • helping to prepare client Health & Safety manuals
      • working on client portals uploading / downloading, drawings and other information

This is an office based role, no home working is possible.
