Administrator - Accounts Derby £22,500 d.o.e. + benefits

Administrator required for Accounts department of well-established Derby based construction company

Office based role, can be full or part time. Hours to be discussed at interview.

The Role

As Administrator you will be part of a small accounts team. Duties will include:

      • invoicing using Sage 50 Accounts
      • reconciling invoices / identifying discrepancies / responding to queries / raising credit notes
      • raising and emailing remittance advices
      • preparing the HMRC CIS monthly return
      • preparing and issuing sales invoices
      • general correspondence / checking arithmetic / filing / responding to emails & calls
      • booking hotels for site operatives
      • working on client portals uploading / downloading, drawings and other information

This is an office based role, can be full or part time. Hours to be discussed at interview. Salary shown is for full time hours and will be pro-rated for part time
