We are currently partnered with a fast-scaling cybersecurity vendor who are building out their EMEA team and are backed by one of the leading VC's in this space. As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll own a portfolio of high-value enterprise customers, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the post-sales lifecycle. The role starts as a strategic individual contributor position, with a clear path to help build and lead a customer success function as the business scales. What you’ll be doing; Managing 5–6 strategic financial services accounts. Leading post-sales engagement and success planning.
