Senior Residential Childcare Worker

Rockwood House is a CrossReach residential children’s service providing a safe, stable and nurturing home for children and young people. The service takes a relational and trauma-aware approach, supporting children to build trust, experience consistency and develop positive, lasting relationships. As a Senior Residential Childcare Worker, you will combine direct, relationship-based care with a senior, practice-leading role within the team. You will support the Service Manager in maintaining high standards of care, modelling therapeutic approaches and providing day-to-day guidance to colleagues. This is a hands-on role where you will lead by example and help create a calm, structured and reflective environment for children and young people.
