Temporary Complaints Investigator Bracknell | 9:00am – 5:30pm | Up to £35,000 (DOE) Temporary Role We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Complaints Investigator to join their team in Bracknell on a temporary basis. The role will involve managing and investigating customer complaints from initial receipt through to resolution, ensuring fair outcomes in line with company policy, FCA regulations and Consumer Duty requirements.
