My client is a regional, legal 500 law firm looking for a qualified Employment Lawyer to join their team. The successful candidate will have a strong grounding in key areas of employment law, including: Restrictive covenants Unfair dismissal Discrimination Redundancy Whistleblowing TUPE Key Responsibilities Handle client matters efficiently, ensuring progress is maintained and clients are regularly updated on case developments and associated costs. Advise on and draft settlement agreements with a confident and practical approach. Maintain the highest levels of confidentiality and security concerning all firm and client documentation and information. Meet agreed financial targets, including fee income and chargeable hours.
