Opportunity: Ashurst has recently announced its intention to merge with US firm Perkins Coie. The merger will lead to a significant increase in the combined firm's international tax compliance obligations, so the Partnership Tax team is restructuring to create this new role. We are seeking an experienced Senior International Tax Manager to join our partnership. This is a pivotal role within our tax function, responsible for managing and advising on complex cross-border tax matters affecting the partnership and its members. The successful candidate will play a central role in shaping and implementing the partnership's international tax strategy, ensuring compliance with UK and overseas tax obligations, and providing technical guidance to partners and colleagues across the business.
