An established Manchester law practice is seeking a talented Employment Law Solicitor to join its growing Employment Department. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Head of Department on a varied and stimulating workload covering both contentious and non-contentious employment matters on both claimant and defendant matters. The role involves providing practical, high-quality advice to business and private clients across a wide range of employment issues. Key responsibilities include drafting contracts, employee policies, and documents; managing grievance, disciplinary, and redundancy processes; handling discrimination claims; advising on TUPE regulations and whistleblowing matters; and representing clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings from pre-claim negotiations through to Settlement Agreements.
